Not only are Diane and Arminda powerful business women who have made it their mission to help other women, they are also a dynamite mother and daughter duo. Their unique skill set and perspective has helped them support successful women in business and relationships for years and across the globe.
Arminda Gonzalez Dumpierrez, IMBA, CMP(Prosci)
Arminda has been guiding business leaders for over 20 years spanning a number of senior roles in both business and academia. Her international business education spans 3 continents, including teaching global business courses at the post-graduate level. She combines the visionary and practical in moving people and teams toward success. Over the span of her career,
Arminda has had the opportunity to run her own start up as well as manage the strategy operations of a multinational corporation.
Arminda has a strong personal belief system that has guided her in her journey combined with her knowledge and personal drive has resulted in her success. She gives back to the community in many ways including volunteering for not for profit operations.
Arminda’s relationship journey has had its peaks and valleys. Two engagements, one marriage and one divorce have given her a lot of relationship experience. She is a published author in the relationship field and has extensive relationship coaching experience.
Diane Crawford CIP, PCC
Diane has over 30 years business experience ranging from founding her own business to a senior corporate leadership role responsible for a 1.8 billion dollar operation.
Along with an extensive background in finance, strategy and operations, Diane is a professional coach. She is a lifelong learner and teacher. She has been a high achiever throughout her career but more importantly she has developed and influenced many other leaders and high performers. This combination of dynamic business sense along with a genuine caring for people has been key in her success.
Diane is committed to a balanced life that includes an active lifestyle as well as giving back to the community.
Diane’s relationship adventure has interesting twists and turns including a 26 year marriage and a 16 month marriage! She is currently happily married for an unexpected 3rd time. Throughout her relationship journey Diane has sought support and education and found that coaching is the most practical solution.
Lexie Crawford CIP, B.A.(HONS), CMP(Prosci)
Lexie has always been interested in the impact of relationships on personal and professional success. Following her passion, she studied psychology at the University of Victoria and McMaster University before joining the business world. As she moved up the career ladder she continued her education in the people field and received her change management accreditation and is currently pursuing more studies in the human development field.
Lexie’s vision and values have led her to make a number of personal and professional choices including cross country moves and stepping up to and seeking out career and development challenges. She has a highly active lifestyle and is drawn to the mountains and any opportunities to be outside and enjoy nature.
